Teen boy on e-bike killed in Santa Clarita traffic crash

A teenaged boy was killed when the electric bicycle he was riding collided with a car in Santa Clarita on Monday.The crash was reported around 9 a.m. at Decoro Drive and McBean Parkway, according to the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department. The 17-year-old was declared dead at the scene, as the Los Angeles County Fire Department responded but no one was transported to a hospital. (BCN) -- A 27-year-old San Carlos man has been arrested on suspicion of fatally shooting another man in San Jose back in July, police said Tuesday.The shooting was reported at 4:06 a.m. on July 2 in the 400 block of Queens Lane, where officers responded and found the victim, who was pronounced dead at the scene. (KRON) -- Four people were arrested for assault outside an In N Out Burger in Redwood City Friday after a case of mistaken identity led to a violent confrontation, according to police. Multiple assaults occurred in and around the In N Out parking lot at 949 Veterans Boulevard at around 9 p.m. Friday, according to the Redwood City Police Department.Police said the confrontation began when two men armed with a metal pipe approached a group of teens and young adults. The two men thought the group they were confronting was involved in a strong-arm robbery earlier in the week.
